Unboxing Mystery Corals & DIY Coral Feeding Shield!! 🤓

Feeding corals has always been a challenge in my systems due to the always hungry shrimps and fish. Their food stealing becomes especially problematic since the Fathead Dendro and Sun Coral are NPS that get their energy solely from food and not from light. As a result, I constructed a DIY coral feeding shield out of water bottles and put them to the test…! This week I also received a surprise coral box from a local reefer Lynn (@lynn.reef.nerd on Instagram), I am glad we have such a generous reefer in the area!
